Dear Brothers and sisters, Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh, It is with immense pleasure and gratitude to Allah (SWT) that I welcome you to the Annual ICNA Convention. This year's theme, Ummah X: Preparing for Unity and Impact, reflects our collective aspiration to strengthen our bonds as a global community and to equip ourselves with the knowledge and tools necessary to make a meaningful difference in the world. The concept of Ummah—a united and compassionate community—lies at the heart of our faith. In a time when the challenges facing our Ummah are great, it is our shared responsibility to rise above divisions and work together in harmony. The "X" in our theme symbolizes the intersection of our diverse experiences, talents, and perspectives, coming together to create something greater than the sum of its parts. Throughout this convention, we will explore the many dimensions of unity and impact, drawing inspiration from the teachings of Islam and the examples set by our beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Our program is designed to inspire, educate, and empower you to be agents of positive change in your communities and beyond. I encourage each of you to engage deeply with the sessions, network with fellow attendees, and share your insights and experiences. This convention is not just a gathering—it's an opportunity to strengthen our ties, learn from one another, and recommit ourselves to the noble cause of unity and justice.
